The PA Secure panel discussion Women in Civil Protection: Gender Equality and Gender Mainstreaming – Towards Prosperity in the Baltic Sea Region. The Case of Civil Security took place back-to-back with the 4th Annual Forum of the EUSBSR in Vilnius, 11-12 November 2013. The discussion focused on gender mainstreaming and gender balancing within the field of civil protection, its current status and opportunities for the future.
