STROM (Strengthening the Role of Municipalities) was a transnational project running in 2014-2015 that aimed to strengthen the capacity and role of municipalities in the chain of assistance to victims of human trafficking in the Baltic Sea Region. The participating countries were Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Russia, and Sweden. Read more on the project here.
