VOICES FROM THE BALTIC LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME – Mariia Karagacheva

New contacts, new experience, new thinking

about the course?

It is a very interesting course, with great speakers. But it is even more interesting to have conversations during the breaks, when people talk about their real challenges and successes at work, their concrete experiences that I can identify with. I can get a lot from these conversations.

what will you take home from the course?

A lot. New contacts, new experience, new thinking and perhaps new understanding of the challenges of civil protection, such as the new modern issues like the organisation of work with social media.
