The Design of the Programme

Baltic Leadership Programme was built in two modules: one in Stockholm and another in Brussels. Each module brings together 10-20 representatives from national and/or regional civil protection authorities from the EU Baltic Sea region Member States. Throughout the modules, discussions aim to provide participants with information about political settings and frameworks that can be applied for establishing a constructive dialogue between field experts in civil protection and public decision makers and implementors.
