The Finnish Presidency of the CBSS organised a CBSS Civil Protection Workshop in Helsinki on 27 November 2013. The workshop centered on macro-regional risks related to nuclear and radiation issues. The results of project 14.3 were introduced with a special emphasis on nuclear safety risks as published in Orange Book One and Orange Book Two under Task F.
