HAZARD – Mitigating emergencies and accidents in Trans-European Transport Network (TEN-T) seaports in the Baltic Sea Region. The project aims to contribute to better use of risk analysis and assessment by responsible actors and will improve the communication and operational capability in emergencies between the actors.
